When was the last time you went out on a limb? Really put yourself out there, exposed yourself to the elements, stared fear in the face and said I can do this… watch me. Biggest lesson I’ve learned in the past year is that limbs are shaky and scary. They wobble and they move with the wind. But if you methodically and strategically make it happen: put your shoes on, stare down that tree, climb to the top and take the walk step by step - the reward is sweet.

Hi my name is… and I have a problem. Take 2
So, I woke up about a week ago and argued vehemently with my mom about how much I hated, yes HATED, electronic readers. My reasoning? There is nothing better then holding a book in your hand, flipping through the pages, and then the sense of completion when you reach the last page. You just cannot love something electronic like you can a real book. The result of this argument?

Yes, I went out and bought a Kindle (head hung in shame). And now I’m OBSESSED!! I love it! I feel like I read books so much more quickly, and I think it’s beautiful! Books still hold a very special place in my heart; however, I cannot help but love my new little device, and can’t believe I spoke such mean things before!!
PS: Margaritas and beach don’t hurt either!!
